     Hi,

     

    I have purchased a MaxiCheck PRO and updated it to the latest software.

     

    I connected the system to a BMW E61 and ran the “exhaust backpressure test”… it gave me a value of 21.000 mbar – which is 300 PSI..

    A Bosch tester says the value is around 70 mbar (which is correct.. with 300 PSI the exhaust would explode..), so something is wrong.

     

    What to do?

     that is bad is there an offset on the tool  you can use to make it correct .

     I thought 1 bar = 1 atmospher which is 15 PSI. If that is right, 21 milibars is no where near 300 PSI. More like 3 PSI.
